Hi, I have just replaced my engine in my Mazda 6 there are no fault codes on my diagnostics tool and my engine cranks but it won’t start I have gathered it is a fuel related issue because there is fuel coming out the last port on the fuel rail but not the others I have replaced the rail and other components and it still won’t start😢 please can you assist me with some advise😊 much appreciated thank you

Szia, ha nekem ki se akar jönni a helyéről a MAP sensor, mert csak egy kis lötyögése van, de amúgy kifelé nem akar moccani, az valószínűleg jelentheti azt, hogy már annyira le van rakódva, hogy ráfér egy tisztítás. (Féltem tovább erőltetni, nem tudom mennyire tud bele szakadni) :)

i think the cylinder head bolts should be replaced as well to make the engine last, cos it's not that expensive to replace 12 of them

Yooo finally. I brought last week my CX-3 with 1.5D to my mechanic and he cleaned the intake manifold, EGR valves and that pressure sensor that you showed here. I'm still having issue with often regenerations, like every 80km it does it;s thing and drinks like a cow...

Except my lower control arms mount top down… what’s your solution for that? 🤔

Hi I’m based in Fiji….my car cx5 vibrates at 1200 rpm…anything up or down rpm it’s fine….its happens in all gears if on hill or very smooth road…Mechanics can not tell it’s gear box or what few tell me it’s gearbox and few injections….its awd diesel 2.2l

I have just bought CX5 with 2.2 Skyactiv-D 175hp 2015 with 155.000km on it. Car runs great and I want to remove the DPF and EGR (I can do it in my country without a problem). Should I do carbon cleaning too or not necessary unless I get an error or issues? Also, does removing the EGR and DPF help the car clean itself and prevent future build-up?

How do you remove the sludge from the cylinder head?

Anyone here care to explain why that grunge is there and how it got there?? I'll e'splain it! PCV!! Oil vapors through the PCV system are being deposited into the ports and baked into place. There are ways around that issue regardless of injection type. Direct injection does not wash the ports like typical port injection does. Getting this under control requires a catch container and cooling the crankcase vapors prior to the catch can. Short trips will cause more of this since blowby is at its greatest prior to operating temperature. There is no engine on earth that doesn't have some level of blowby. Especially while below operating temperature.

That's intake manifold(aluminium casting) a failed turbo bearing seal can be the root cause.
